In legal state and in society based on rule of the law, the lawyer has a special role. His duties are not limited to the implementation of the mandate given but stem form the traditions of the ancient profession. The lawyer should serve to the interests of justice and the legitimate interests and rights of individuals and legal persons who he stand for and defend.

Attorney executes indefinitely their legal and ethical obligations to:

1. Client;

2. Legal profession in general and in particular to any colleague;

3. Judiciary and other authorities before whom the lawyer defending the cause of his client or represent him;

4. Society for which the existence of free and independent legal profession, based on its own rules is an essential guarantee for the protection of law and human rights, conceivably opposed to the power of government or interests of individual sections of society.
